Annual Winter Charity Gala: Don't Miss It, Fellow Roadsters!
Purist Group's charity car exhibition, WINTERDRIVE 2023, is already in its 11th year. Last year, we collected approximately 30,000 toys to give to children in need. This year, continuing the tradition of free admission, all you need to do is donate an unopened toy worth more than $10 to join us. We cordially invite you to be part of this event and brighten the Christmas season for children.

Abrazo invites you and fellow riders to showcase your beloved e-bikes and join a caravan departing from Via Verde Park & Ride to the main venue of WINTERDRIVE 2023 at Industry Hills Expo Center, where unique vehicles will be on display!

Liability Waiver and Disclaimer for Winter Ride Event
This Liability Waiver and Disclaimer ("Waiver") is a legal agreement between participants and Abrazo Sports Inc, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," regarding participation in an electric group ride organized by the Company. Please read this document carefully and acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of its terms before participating in the electric group ride.
1. Assumption of Risk:
I understand and acknowledge that participating in an electric group ride involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to, the risk of falling, collisions with other participants, pedestrians, vehicles, and fixed objects, as well as the risk of injury or death due to factors such as equipment failure, adverse weather conditions, and operator error.
2. Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the electric group ride, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Abrazo Sports Inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and any other parties associated with the Company, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, costs, or expenses, whether at law or in equity, in connection with any personal injury, property damage, or other harm I may sustain while participating in the electric group ride.
3. Acknowledgment of Responsibility:
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety during the electric group ride. I agree to follow all safety guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by the Company and its representatives. I agree to use any safety equipment provided and to operate the electric vehicle responsibly and within the law.
4. Medical and Health Condition:
I affirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the electric group ride. I have no medical conditions or disabilities that could adversely affect my ability to safely participate in the ride. I agree to inform the Company of any such conditions in advance.
5. Personal Property:
I understand and accept that Abrazo Sports Inc is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal property I bring with me during the electric group ride.
6. Media Release:
I grant the Company permission to use photographs, video footage, or other media materials captured during the electric group ride for promotional, marketing, or other related purposes.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Country]. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Waiver shall be filed exclusively in the appropriate state or federal court located within the jurisdiction where the electric group ride occurs.I have carefully read and understood this Liability Waiver and Disclaimer, and I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the electric group ride organized by Abrazo Sports Inc with full knowledge and understanding of the risks involved.
